Liz Vassey is leaving CSI!

One lab rat is leaving!
A CBS rep declined to comment, but a source close to the long-running procedural confirms that Liz Vassey’s (Wendy) contract option has not been picked up.
“The show is going in a different creative direction in its 11th season,” says the insider.

The best thing they ever did at CSI was to bring in Wendy. The next best was to get rid of Sarah. Now they've lost the plot completely, brought back Sarah and dispensed with Wendy. It must be too late for season 11 but why not please millions of viewers and swap the two over in Series 12.

All of you who have commented here need to join the We Want Liz Vassey in the 11 Season Group which is about to be up graded. If all groups band together, we can have larger numbers. The is also a good July 2011 interview with her that may offer some hope.
